Extension of the expire date of subscription cards for 10 or 20 transits

In light of the Covid-19 emergency evolution and the different travel restriction measures taken by the countries, the expiry date of all subscription cards (for 10 or 20 transits), that were still valid when such restriction measures came into force (i.e. March 9,2020), will be extended by 6 months (if the expiration date is on March 31, 2020, it will be extended up to September 30, 2020; if the expiration date is on May 31, 2020, it will be extended up to November 30, 2020; if the expiration date is on April 30, 2021, it will be extended to 31 October 2021, and so on...).
You do not need to complete any extension request, since the expiry date will be automatically extended.
Please note that, if the entire subscription card has not been used as the expiry date approaches, it can be recharged as usual with 10 or 20 transits to keep the remaining transits. Both remaining transits and new ones can therefore be made within 24 months from the day the subscription card was charged.
